"Wonderful"
It has a beautiful garden, a peace, in the mornings I could hear the drums of the tribes. The food is very good! The attentive staff.

"Very Good"
There were just few people when I was there (almost the only one if I don't count the staff), so it was very calm and silent. Also, because a lot of rooms were unused, they gave be a better room for the same price, with a fan and mosquito net. I truly appreciated that! Clean place, and near the city center. They also do meals for lunch and dinner, which can be convenient!

Quite and clean. Staffs are good in hospitality, they ready anytime to serve and help. I forgot my money on the chair and one brought it to me. Your assets are secure.

The staff was really friendly, mainly Thomas, i have a tour with him to a falls close to the City, a non touristic tour so it was incredible, local food, local bar and a good walking The hotel was clean, the food ok its recomendable

I stayed 2 nights in this accommodation and it Was really good. The staff is amazing! Thomas and Mary give me a lot of advices and tips about Arusha. Thomas came with me on the city for I found that I want. They help me even if they are Day off.. so I am very happy and if I come back to arusha, I will come to runako. Even the owner of this lodge help me for I am feel more secure when I took my bus. Thank you very much! You are friendly and lovely People.

Very helpful personal. Thomas was helping us with some shopping and even showed us the local market - helped us to get better prices! The other personal was more than helpful with each & everything we needed. I forgot my ebookreader at the hotel & now we are even sorting out how to send it back home! Big thanks to Runako lodge!!

The people here were very friendly and helpful. We have eaten twice and it was delicious. We have made a walkingtour with Thomas, the guy from the reception and visited his home. It was very nice, interesting, informativ ... his wife cooked a local lunch, which we enjoyed very much ... all together a very nice experience and pleasant stay.
